Typically 4 stages: a recruiter screen (30 min), a hiring manager chat (45 min), a technical/skills assessment (take-home or live), and a final panel with cross-functional partners. Total time is usually 2–3 weeks.

Yes. We offer options with a 4-year vest / 1-year cliff. Grants are benchmarked to the 75th percentile for our stage. We also offer an early exercise programme and secondary liquidity in tender offers.
We're async-first with flexible hours. Teams overlap on core hours (10am–3pm UTC) for collaboration. We run two company-wide off-sites per year and cover reasonable travel costs for in-person team meetings.
